How to sell on TodosPy

Sign in to your buyer account (if you don't have one yet, sign up first) and in your account /account press “Become a seller”, or open directly /sell/register. Enter the shop name, a short description and the pickup location.

On the page /sell you will find the list of your products and visit statistics. There are four buttons at the top: “Shop” (profile), “Orders”, “Moderators” and “+ New product”. The shop's QR code and the offer to connect the seller's Telegram bot (order notifications, calling a courier) are here too.

On the page “Shop” (/sell/profile) you set up everything buyers see on the storefront above the product list:

— upload an avatar and write the shop description ;
— enter the address as text or a Google Maps location link (the storefront map is built from it);
— for each day of the week turn work on/off and set the opening hours (09:00–18:00 by default);
— in the block “Shop photo gallery” upload several photos of the shop, its window display or products in the interior — they are shown next to the map on the public page;
— turn on “Courier delivery available”, if you are ready to send orders via a TodosPy courier.

Press “+ New product” in the dashboard. Fill in the name, description, price and (optionally) quantity, city and category — if the category you need doesn't exist you can suggest one, it will appear after a moderator checks it. Tick the box “Pre-order”, if the item is not in stock but is made or brought in after payment — a matching label will appear next to it on the storefront. The first photo is required. Press “Create product”.

All orders arrive in the section “Orders” (/sell/orders). If the buyer asked for delivery, enter the amount the courier must hand over to you and the ready time, then press “🛵 Find a courier”. As soon as a courier responds, the button appears “📦 Hand to courier” — press it when you hand the item over. Once you receive payment from the buyer, mark “💰 Money received”.

Every shop has a public storefront page /shop/seller/… — map, opening hours, photo gallery, products and a QR code with the TodosPy logo in the center. Print the QR code or share the link — buyers will find your shop again quickly, and QR visits are counted separately from regular ones.
