Frequently asked questions about TodosPy

A short guide to how the marketplace works: buying, prices, delivery and selling.

What is TodosPy?

TodosPy is a Paraguayan marketplace: products from several stores in one catalog, with prices in guaraníes.

How do I buy a product on TodosPy?

Find the product with search or the catalog and open its page. For partner-store products the button takes you to the seller's website to finish the purchase. Products of TodosPy sellers can be ordered on the site with courier delivery.

Which currency are prices in?

All prices are in Paraguayan guaraníes (Gs, PYG).

How do I compare prices between stores?

Every product page shows the store and the price. Open the catalog, find the product and compare the stores' offers: the seller and price are visible on each card.

How many stores are on the site?

The catalog brings together products from thirty stores, plus sellers registered on TodosPy.

How do I track my delivery?

For orders with delivery, the status (courier assigned, item with the courier, delivered) arrives in the buyer's Telegram bot. Details are in the buyer guide.

How do I start selling on TodosPy?

Sign up on the site and open your store in the "Sell" section. Step-by-step instructions are on the seller guide page.

Which languages does the site support?

The site is available in Spanish (default), Russian, English and Brazilian Portuguese. Switch the language in the header.

How does delivery work?

For products of partner shops the shop itself arranges delivery after you order on its website: times and cost are shown there. TodosPy sellers deliver by courier in the cities they list on the product page.

How do I pay for a purchase?

Purchases in partner shops are paid on the shop's website with the methods it offers. The payment terms of TodosPy sellers are on the product page and agreed when you order. TodosPy does not take payments for partner-shop products.

Does TodosPy sell products itself?

No. TodosPy puts the products of partner shops and platform sellers into one catalogue. The shop or seller named on the product page sells the product and is responsible for it.

Who gives the warranty on a product?

The shop or seller you buy from gives the warranty. Check the terms on the shop's website or with the seller before you order.

How do I return or exchange a product?

The shop or seller handles returns and exchanges under its own policy. If you cannot agree with a TodosPy seller, write to us through the contact form with the order number: moderators will review it. More on the “Returns and complaints” page.

How often are prices and stock updated?

The data of partner shops is updated automatically every day. Between updates the price or stock can change, so the shop's figure at the moment of purchase is the final one.

What is a model code and how do I compare prices with it?

A model code is the manufacturer's mix of letters and numbers in a product name, for example “WA15CG5441BWZS” or “HC5850”. The same code in different shops means the same model. When TodosPy finds that product in another shop, the product page shows the table “This product in other shops” with the price and the difference.

Why does the price of the same product differ between shops?

Each shop sets its own prices, and they also differ in what is included, warranty, delivery terms and taxes. Compare not only the price but also what it includes.

How do I filter products by characteristics?

In the catalogue choose a category and use the blocks on the left: for measurable characteristics (memory, screen, power, capacity, weight) set a “from – to” range; for the others tick the values you want. You can also sort by price.

What does “Product from the shop's site” mean?

This marks products of partner shops: TodosPy takes their data from the shop's website. You place the order on that shop's website with the “Buy” button.

Do I need to register to browse the catalogue?

No. The catalogue, search and price comparison are available without registration. You need an account to order from TodosPy sellers, send reports and sell.

Which languages is the site available in?

In Spanish (the main language), Russian, English and Brazilian Portuguese. The language switch is in the site header. The Russian and English product texts are prepared automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

What should I do if I find a mistake in a price or description?

Tell us through the form on the contact page, with the address of the product page. The data comes from the shop: we will correct it or hide the product while it is checked.

How do I become a seller on TodosPy?

Create a seller account through “Start selling”, fill in your shop profile and add products. Orders and delivery are managed from the seller dashboard. More in the seller guide.

Is it safe to buy through TodosPy?

For products of partner shops you pay on the shop's own website. For TodosPy sellers there are moderation and reports: you can report a fake product or a dishonest seller. Always check the seller and the terms before you pay.

What does “Pre-order” mean?

This marks products that may not be in stock right now and are brought in after you order. Ask the seller or shop about the time.

Where do the photos and descriptions come from?

The photos, names and descriptions of partner shops belong to those shops and are shown in the catalogue for the buyer's convenience. TodosPy adds its own data: a product summary, where the price sits in the category and a comparison of shops.

How do I contact TodosPy?

Write through the form on the “Contact” page: we read every message about mistakes in the catalogue, shops that want to join, problems with an order and questions about your data.
