1. The service
TodosPy (todospy.com) is an online catalogue and marketplace. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Kinds of purchase
- Products of partner shops: TodosPy shows and compares products; the sale takes place on the shop's website and is governed by that shop's terms (payment, delivery times, warranty, returns). TodosPy is not a party to that contract.
- Products of TodosPy sellers: the sale contract is between the buyer and the seller; TodosPy provides the ordering, communication and courier delivery.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in guaraníes (PYG); the dollar equivalent is a reference only. The data comes from the shops and is refreshed daily, so it may differ from the current price or stock; the figure the shop shows at the time of purchase applies.
We may correct obvious errors (prices, photos, descriptions) at any time.
4. Accounts
You need an account to order from a TodosPy seller or to sell. You must give truthful data, keep your password secret and you are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the site for illegal activity, to post false or misleading content, to send spam, to extract data in bulk without permission or to interfere with the service.
6. Content and translations
Texts, photos and trademarks of the products belong to the shops and their owners. The Russian and English translations are automatic and offered as a convenience: they may contain mistakes and do not replace the shop's original description.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the site running and the information correct, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, TodosPy is not responsible for the quality, delivery or warranty of products sold by partner shops, or for temporary unavailability of the site.
8. Complaints and moderation
You can report a product or a seller on the site or write to us through the contact form. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. The laws of the Republic of Paraguay apply.
