Description

Designed to measure speed and cadence by connecting to a bike computer/GPS or smartphone/tablet. Step 1: First use To preserve battery life, we have added a plastic tab at the bottom of the battery. When using it for the first time, you will need to open the battery compartment and remove the plastic tab. Attention: use this step to set the sensor to cadence or speed mode. Step 2: Choosing Cadence or Speed mode To switch from speed to cadence, simply remove the battery and reinsert it. - The small green light indicates that you are in speed mode - The small red light indicates that you are in cadence mode You cannot use both functions at the same time; if you want to have both pieces of information at the same time, you will need two sensors. Step 3: Installation For cadence mode: place the sensor on the crank arm. For speed mode: place the sensor on the wheel hub. Step 4: Connection To connect, pedal to "wake up" the sensor. - Use with an application: The sensor connects to all devices that use ANT+ and/or Bluetooth Smart technologies. Follow the connection instructions in your third-party application menu. - Use with a bike computer/watch: Go to your device settings to establish the connection Detection threshold Cadence: 30-180 rpm Speed: 5-85 km/h Battery life After installing the battery, the sensor can be used normally for 500 hours, but there may be differences due to temperature and environmental factors. When the sensor is not being used, please do not install it, as this will cause the sensor to wake up frequently and accelerate battery consumption. Power saving To reduce power consumption and extend operating time, if the sensor does not detect any data for 60 seconds, it will enter sleep mode and will automatically wake up to transmit data when activity resumes.
