Indicaciones terapéuticas Celecoxib Alivio sintomático en el tratamiento de artrosis, artritis reumatoide y espondilitis anquilosante. Contraindicaciones Celecoxib Hipersensibilidad al celecoxib, a las sulfamidas; ulceración péptica activa o hemorragia gastrointestinal; pacientes que hayan experimentado asma, rinitis aguda, pólipos nasales, edema angioneurótico, urticaria u otras reacciones de tipo alérgico después de tomar AAS u otros AINE, incluyendo inhibidores de la ciclooxigenasa-2; embarazo y mujeres con potencial para concebir, salvo que utilicen un método efectivo de contracepción; lactancia; disfunción hepática grave (albúmina sérica 10); pacientes con un Clcr estimado < 30 ml/min; enf. inflamatoria intestinal; ICC (clases funcionales II-IV según la NYHA); cardiopatía isquémica, enf. arterial periférica y/o enf. cerebrovascular establecida.
