Description
Indicaciones: Dolor de cabeza, dolores musculares, mialgias, lumbago, ciática, odontología, dolores por traumatismo y fiebre. Dolanet, al ser un analgésico y antipirético, esta indicado para el tratamiento de todos los dolores y la fiebre. Posología: Salvo criterio médico, 1 0 2 comprimidos 3 a 4 veces al día. Acción Terapéutica: Analgésico, antipirético. La Dipirona eleva el umbral del dolor. Mecanismo de Acción: Posee acción analgésica y antipirética. Actúa inhibiendo la síntesis de prostaglandinas. Su vida media en el organismo es de 7 horas y se excreta en las vías urinarias. Reacciones Adversas: Pueden aparecer prurito, sudor frio, náuseas, decoloración de la piel y disnea. Restricciones de Uso: En pacientes alérgicos y pacientes alcohólicos. Contraindicaciones: Hipersensibilidad a la droga. Interacciones: Puede reducir la acción de la ciclosporina y se potencian los efectos con la ingestión simultanea de alcohol.
