Description
Indicaciones: Sildenafil está indicado para el tratamiento sintomático de la disfunción eréctil. Contraindicaciones: Niños y mujeres (con o sin embarazo). Cardiopatias. Insuficiencia hepática o renal. Discrasias sanguíneas. Alergia al Sildenafil. Agentes dadores de nitratos o nitritos (nitroprusiato). Interacciones: Los inhibidores del sistema del citocromo P450 como Eritromicina, traconazol,Ketoconazol pueden aumentar los niveles del Sildenafil. Los inductores de este sistema (Rifampicina) disminuyen su concentración. Administrado junto con el nitroprusiato potencia el efecto hipotensor de éste último. La Cimetidina aumenta las concentraciones del Sildenafil.
