Acción Terapéutica: Antiflatulento. Indicaciones: Flatulencia, Aerofagia, meteorismo, dispepsia fermentativa, regurgitaciones. Colon Irritable. Pre y post- operatorio de Cirugía Abdominal. Cólicos intestinales. Vómitos por gases en lactantes y niños. En cólicos infantiles por causa de aerofagia y en dolores abdominales post-operatorios. Se utiliza para el alivio de la flatulencia y el malestar abdominal por exceso de gas gastrointestinal en procesos como la dispepsia. Preparación para estudios radiológicos. En los estudios que requieren la eliminación de los gases digestivos para la obtención de imágenes nítidas. Contraindicaciones: Hipersensibilidad a la Simeticona. Alergia al fármaco. Cuadros gastrointestinales con sospecha de tratamiento quirúrgico, por la posibilidad de enmascarar la sintomatología.
