Acción Terapéutica: Analgésico Indicaciones: Tratamiento del dolor de intensidad moderada a severa. Contraindicaciones: Tramadol no debe administrarse a pacientes con hipersensibilidad conocida a Tramadol o a cualquiera de sus excipientes, en intoxicaciones agudas originadas por alcohol, hipnóticos, analgésicos, opioides o psicotrópicos, así como en pacientes bajo tratamiento con inhibidores de la MAO o que los han recibido en el transcurso de las últimas dos semanas, en pacientes que presentan epilepsia que no esté controlada adecuadamente con tratamiento, a niños menores de 3 años. Tramadol no debe ser utilizado como tratamiento del síndrome de abstinencia a opiáceos.
