Descripción del Producto: Antinflamatorio Esteroide Indicaciones: Indicado en la artritis reumatoidea, reumatismo articular agudo, asma bronquial, alergias, colitis ulcerosa, gota aguda y crónica, enfermedad de Still, enfisema pulmonar, esclerodermia, leucemia mieloides o linfoides y en general cualquier estado clínico que responda a los corticoides. PREDNICORT, asociado con quimioterapicos – antibióticos, esta también indicado en el tratamiento de procesos infecciosos sensibles a los mismos. Posología: Vía Oral: Dosis inicial: 20 a 30 mg al día ( 4 a 6 comprimidos o 20 a 30 ml al día) Dosis de sostén: 10 mg al día (2 comprimidos o 10 ml) al día. Esta dosis debe mantenerse hasta que se obtenga una respuesta terapéutica satisfactoria, luego debe disminuirse paulatinamente hasta llegar a la dosis de mantenimiento. Niños: 1 a 2 mg/kg/peso/día.
