Indicaciones: Deficiencia de vitamina B12, prevención en pacientes de alto riesgo (Cirugía bariátrica, dieta vegetariana o vegana, cirugía o trastornos del estómago o íleon terminal) Posología: 1 comprimido al día. Contraindicaciones: Menores de 18 años, embarazo, lactancia, niños. Atrofia del nervio óptico hereditario, enfermedad de Leber. Reacciones Adversas: Puede producir cefaleas, náuseas, vómitos, diarrea, reacciones alérgicas, hipopotasemia, insuficiencia cardiaca. Precauciones y Advertencias: Atrofia hereditaria del nervio óptico, enfermedad de Leber. Monitorizar potasio.
