Indicaciones Reducción de eventos ateroscleróticos (infarto de miocardio, infarto cerebral, muerte de causa vascular) en pacientes con antecedentes de aterosclerosis sintomática definida por infarto cerebral isquémico (desde los 7 días hasta un máximo de 6 meses), infarto de miocardio (desde los pocos días hasta un máximo de 35 días) o arteriopatía periférica establecida, o necesidad de bypasso angioplastia. Contraindicaciones Hipersensibilidad al principio activo o a cualquier componente del producto. Insuficiencia hepática severa. Hemorragia patológica activa, como por ejemplo úlcera péptica o hemorragia intracraneal. Lactancia materna.
