Indicaciones: Sildenafilo Disfunción eréctil. Tto. de hipertensión arterial pulmonar tipificada como grado funcional II y IIII de la OMS (se ha demostrado eficacia en hipertensión pulmonar 1 aria e hipertensión pulmonar asociada con enf. del tejido conjuntivo). Tto. niños de 1 a 17 años con hipertensión arterial pulmonar (demostrada eficacia en términos de mejora de la capacidad de ejercicio o de hemodinámica pulmonar en hipertensión pulmonar 1ª e hipertensión pulmonar asociada a enf. cardiaca congénita). Vía IV: tto. en ads. con hipertensión arterial pulmonar que temporalmente no pueden recibir terapia oral, pero que se encuentran clínica y hemodinámicamente estables.
