Indicaciones Tratamiento integral de las anemias uni o pluricarenciales. Anemias parásitonutricionales.Anemias del embarazo. Anemias de la adolescencia o vejez.Anemias post-quirúrgicas. Contraindicaciones Pacientes con hipersensibilidad a algunas de las vitaminas del complejo B presentes en la formulación o al hierro. Pacientes con carcinoma gástrico, colitis ulcerosa o úlcera gastroduodenal. Pacientes con antecedentes de formación de cálculos o de gota. No debe administrarse en la enfermedad de Leber pues ha producido atrofia del nervio óptico. Reacciones Adversas Nauseas, vómitos, malestar gástrico superior y diarrea. Podrían presentarse además dolor abdominal y constipación.
