Indicaciones: Tratamiento o profilaxis de las anemias. Complemento de la dieta del lactante, según mejor criterio médico. Contraindicaciones: Hipersensibilidad al Hierro. Pacientes con sobrecarga de hierro. Reacciones Adversas: Dolores o calambres en el abdomen o estómago. Diarreas que a veces contienen sangre. Vómitos. Somnolencia. Irritación por contacto en el tubo digestivo. Precauciones y Advertencias: Debe cuidarse su uso en pacientes con sensibilidad al Hierro. Así como aquellos que presenten hemocromatosis, hemosiderosis u otros estados anémicos. No se recomienda el uso simultáneo con tetraciclinas orales, dimercaprol, cimetidina y ciprofloxacina.
