Indicaciones: Tratamiento de emergencia del infarto agudo de miocardio, de manera de reducir la mortalidad y los nuevos episodios cardiovasculares, como ataques e ictus. Prevención de trombosis post angioplastia coronaria. El tratamiento antiagregante plaquetario combinado debe limitarse a situaciones agudas y a una terapia a corto plazo. Posología: Adultos: 1 comprimido por día. Contraindicaciones: Hipersensibilidad a alguno de los componentes de la fórmula. Hemorragia activa (úlcera péptica, hemorragia intracraneana), hipoprotrombinemia, hemofilia, insuficiencia renal crónica avanzada.
