Reacciones Adversas: Pueden presentarse sequedad bucal, fatiga, anorexia, insomnio, taquicardia, nerviosismo, confusión, cefalea, náuseas, vértigos y dispepsia. Precauciones y Advertencias: Administrar con precaución en pacientes con insuficiencia renal grave. No se recomienda su uso durante el embarazo y periodo de lactancia. Contraindicaciones: Hipersensibilidad conocida a las drogas presentes en la formulación. Glaucoma de ángulo estrecho. Retención urinaria. Hipertensión severa. Coronariopatía grave. Hipertiroidismo.
