Indicaciones. Profilaxis y tratamiento del déficit neurológico isquemico por vaso espasmo cerebral secundario o hemorragia subaracnoidea. Insuficiencia cerebro vascular aguda y crónica, déficit neurológico isquemico, secuelas pos-accidente vascular encefálico. Pre y post-cirugia cerebro vascular, migraña. Contraindicaciones. Embarazo, hipersensibilidad a la droga, bloqueo auriculoventricular, insuficiencias hepática y renal graves. Debe emplearse con precaución en pacientes con edema cerebral o hipertensión endocraneana.
