Indicaciones Tratamiento sintomático del resfrío común y de los estados gripales en general. Tipo Antigripal. Principios activos Trioval Composición Cada comprimido contiene: paracetamol 500mg, pseudoefedrina clorhidrato 60mg, clorfenamina maleato 4mg. Cada 5ml de suspensión contiene: paracetamol 125mg, pseudoefedrina clorhidrato 30mg, clorfenamina maleato 2mg. Cada ml de solución (24 gotas) contiene: paracetamol 120mg, pseudoefedrina clorhidrato 7,5mg, clorfenamina maleato 0,75mg. Consideraciones Trioval Contraindicaciones Hipersensibilidad a alguno de sus componentes. El uso en el embarazo y lactancia se debe evaluar de acuerdo a si los posibles beneficios superan los riesgos potenciales. Precauciones No administrar junto con depresores del SNC porque puede producir efecto sedante aditivo. Debe administrarse con precaución a pacientes con insuficiencia cardíaca o coronaria, diabetes e hipertensión arterial severa.
