Indicaciones Síntomas de déficit circulatorio cerebral, mareos, acufenos, vértigos, amnesia, irritabilidad de carácter, desorientación, incapacidad de concentración. Insuficiencia cerebrovascular aguda y crónica, déficit neurológico isquémico, secuelas posaccidente vascular encefálico. Precirugía y poscirugía neurovascular, migraña. Contraindicaciones Debe utilizarse con precaución en pacientes con edema cerebral. Si bien no se ha demostrado su efecto teratogénico, no está indicada su administración en embarazadas y mujeres lactantes. Precauciones En lo posible se deberán evitar las combinaciones con otros antagonistas del calcio o betabloqueantes. Cuando la asociación sea imprescindible, se recomienda una vigilancia cuidadosa del paciente. Empleo durante el embarazo.La indicación de empleo durante el embarazo deberá considerarse bajo criterios muy estrictos.
