How to choose the length of your boxing hand wraps? Elastic wraps of 2.5 m to 3 m are for small hands that require simple wrapping. They are suitable for low-impact combat. The 4 m and 4.5 m wraps offer greater support and better protection of the metacarpals. They are ideal for more intense boxing training. WHY USE BOXING HAND WRAPS? Take advantage of the flexible and resistant elastic wrap to support the joints of your hands during your boxing training. This way you can continue hitting with less irritation.
